Job Description

TITLE: Temporary Operations Warehouse Administrator

Job Description:

Extensive data entry into our Inventory Management System (IMS)
Create service orders
Walking the yard for deliveries Posting and Rotation
Maintain storage log
Printing storage for yard crew
Upload copy receipt photos online
Track & download reshoots for photo department

Required Skills:

Must be comfortable working in an Operations environment
Must be customer-focused and detail-oriented
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Quick learner, computer savvy, ability to learn Inventory Management System

Comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook

Location - 1731 Workman Street, Los Angeles, CA

Duration - 2 Months (Temp Only)

On-Site Role - 5 Days/Week

Hours - 5AM-2PM

Please note that this role will be working on-site in an Operations environment and the hours are 5AM-2PM
