SUMMARY

Coordinates production scheduling to meet demands of all external customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Complete Manufacturing

• Supervise Production Coordinators, giving them guidance as needed. Working with them on weekly / monthly flow of product coordinating with PP's changes.
• Making sure all reports are run daily / weekly to keep the flow of products balanced and get these reports to everyone accountable in production.
• Working with sales, customers, and vendors ensuring we focus on on-time delivery of our products.
• Working with department managers / supervisors and team leaders as demands by customers change as well as our capacity changes due to labor, equipment failures and inventory shortages and other challenges.
• Working with logistics / sales through our planners to coordinate deliveries, pickups of both customer and vendor products.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and / or training and a High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Manufacturing Software.
