Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of core information technology for the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. operations. This individual assumes operational accountability of systems hardware and software, and coordinates delivery of these resources to project efforts and guides key line-of-business applications through established software life cycle processes. The incumbent travels to all reservations to provide maintenance and support to all Point of Sales (POS) terminals. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an enterprise support environment with either server or application support is required. Minimum one (1) completed certification within the Microsoft Server certification path is required. Knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) architecture, maintenance and support, is required. Possession of a valid FL Driver's License is required. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Must demonstrate excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft software programs, with extensive knowledge in outlook and excel is required. Must have the ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
