General Clerk

GVI Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a General Clerk to join our team in White Sands Missile Range, NM.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance
• Support engineering and technical teams with scheduling, reporting, and document control
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems in accordance with Navy and contract standards
• Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Track deliverables, update logs, and assist with monthly reporting requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and government personnel to ensure timely and accurate information flow
• Assist with onboarding documentation and training record management
• Ensure compliance with contract procedures and Navy administrative protocols
