Marketing Lead

A company is looking for a Marketing Lead, Grid Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the marketing strategy and plans for the Grid Solutions Group

Coordinate execution of marketing initiatives across shared services teams

Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in utilities, SaaS, or consulting

5+ years in marketing leadership roles within a business unit or division

Proven track record of building and executing strategic marketing plans

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred

Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment
