• Agile Transformation of Process Optimization : Coaching team and leadership to adopt high performing Agile methodologies, focusing on flow, predictability, and value delivery.
• DevOps Practices & Automation : Implementing and advising on best-in-class DevOps principles, CI / CD automation, infrastructure as code, ad site reliability engineering (SRE).
• Quality & Technical Roadmap Development : Structuring a comprehensive Quality Roadmap, establishing clear quality standards, and integrating quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle
• AI / ML Solution Experimentation : Guiding the secure and effective exploration of modern AI solutions (e.g generative AI, code assistants) to increase developer productivity and accelerate innovation
