Office Cashier Automotive Dealership

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Cashier to join our accounting team at our busy automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting processes and excellent organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Process daily bank deposits accurately and in a timely manner.

Post funding notices and verify all supporting documentation.

Process and track NSF (non-sufficient funds) checks.

Reconcile assigned accounting schedules.

Collaborate with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure all monies are collected from Repair Orders (ROs) and parts invoices.

Maintain accurate records and assist with other office-related duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Previous experience in an automotive dealership preferred.

Knowledge of Advent and / or CDK systems preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliable organized and self-motivated with a commitment to accuracy and teamwork.
