Job Title : Racker – Food Manufacturing

Location : Hudsonville, MI

Shift : 6am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday

Pay : $18

Position Summary :

The Racker is responsible for handling, loading, and organizing product racks throughout the production process. This position plays a key role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Load, rack, and organize food products for processing, cooling, or packaging.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency before and after racking.
• Move racks safely within production and storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety standards (GMPs and HACCP).
• Work closely with machine operators, packers, and quality staff to maintain production flow.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
