Interim Geriatric Psych Director Opportunity

The Position
The Interim Geriatric Psych Director will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 17-bed department. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Interim Director will oversee approximately 20+ FTEs and will be responsible for both outpatient and inpatient care initiatives. This leader will focus on departmental initiatives including survey readiness, patient quality, safety protocols, and increased performance. Seeking an experienced behavioral health leader, preferably in a geriatric setting. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Master's degree in Psychology and / or related field is required. Active RN license is required.
Compensation Details
Compensation Range : $160,000 to $170,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
