Job Summary :
As a Customer Services Representative (CSR), you will be a key point of contact for our existing and prospective customers, handling their orders and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You will also be a valued member of our inside sales team, playing a critical role in achieving company sales quotas and performance goals, and representing our company values. You will work in a collaborative team environment, delivering solutions to customers and / or connecting them with the right internal resources.
