A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Customer Education.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging educational content on AI for various learning formats
Lead the management and improvement of cohort-style bootcamp programs
Analyze program performance and optimize educational impact using data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content creation, curriculum development, and instructional design
Proven expertise in developing instructor-led and on-demand e-learning content
Strong technical proficiency with AI-supported processes and educational content for technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and improving program effectiveness
