Pay is based on experience and after orientation period - increased.
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to work for our home health agency and / or Hospice agency. The ideal candidate will visit patients in their home and care for the patient, as directed in the care plan, ensuring high-quality care for residents.
Duties
- Assisting patient with ambulation, bathing, and other directed care.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Uphold patient's rights and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Care for patient, during home or a facility (hospice), and assist the patient related to long-term care and dementia care
- Keep patient's information confidential and maintain accurate documentation.
