Job Posting : Sanding & Refinishing Specialist

Sanding & Refinishing : Utilize sanding equipment to remove imperfections and smooth wood surfaces. Edge Detailing : Scrape and sand floor edges and areas inaccessible to floor sanders using scrapers, disk-type sanders, and sandpaper. Surface Preparation : Buff and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness prior to the application of finish. Finish Application : Apply coats of varnish, polyurethane, or other finishes to seal and protect wood surfaces. Equipment Maintenance : Calibrate and maintain sanding machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaboration : Work closely with internal team members to meet project specifications. Quality Control : Inspect floors for smoothness and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
