What you’ll do :

As a PM Director for our marketing & lead generation experiences within AppExchange and AgentExchange, you’ll own and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for our CMS, experimentation, information architecture, cross-sell / upsell opportunities, and lead routing through agents. You’ll define and champion the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment with Product Marketing. You’re also expected to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, design, and partner teams to deliver trusted, scalable, and high-quality marketplace experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering and influencing product strategy, vision, and roadmap.

Exceptional strategic thinking, UX, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex market dynamics and technical concepts into actionable product plans and measurable business results.

Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including proven experience presenting to executive leadership and representing the company as a domain expert.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) in a highly-matrixed organization.

Experience managing global teams at scale across multiple hubs and time zones.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of building 0-1 products, platform / ecosystem products, or complex two-sided marketplaces.

Experience with emerging agent interoperability protocols like MCP and A2A.

Familiarity with WordPress, Agentforce, Optimizely, Data Cloud.

Deep understanding of partner & developer ecosystems and the tools / platforms they use to build and deploy solutions.
