Responsibilities and Expectations

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal reviews of consumer and business deposit accounts to ensure accurate coding, proper documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Document exceptions and collaborate with branch locations to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Process account maintenance requests from customers and branch personnel.
• Provide knowledgeable support to bank locations regarding deposit account questions.
• Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Adhere to all bank policies, including the Business Ethics and Conduct Policy and Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and complete all required compliance training.

Required Skills & Education

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze information, investigate issues, and drive resolution
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally

Preferred

• 2+ years of banking experience
