Above-market pay :

Base salary $260K plus 20% of base in bonuses - realistic earnings over $300K

Small patient panel :

500-600 patients total

Light daily volume :

See just 10-12 patients per day - really

100% outpatient :

No hospital shifts, no nights, no weekends

Clinic hours :

Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Call schedule :

Minimal - for example, if there are 20 docs in your market, you'll be on call just 1 : 20
