FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Weekend Nights

Pay : $22.80 - $29.64 / hour, based on relevant experience

Summary :

As a Lead Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our sterile processing team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity. You’ll demonstrate advanced knowledge of job responsibilities and act as a mentor to your peers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide mentoring and performance evaluations for team members, focusing on productivity and quality management.
• Coordinate services, prioritize assignments, and encourage problem-solving within the team.
• Order department supplies and monitor staff production and quality metrics.
• Handle complex issues and guide team members when needed, while performing core responsibilities.
• Exhibit critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment, working independently.
