SpineSearch is seeking a Practice Clinical Supervisor to join a dynamic and growing spine-focused practice. This role oversees daily clinical operations across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and team excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support clinical staff (MAs, check-out, and triage team).
• Oversee patient flow, triage, and care coordination.
• Implement process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Manage clinical resources, equipment, and inventory.
• Foster strong communication between staff, providers, and leadership.
