Job Description

Onboard trading partners and EDI documents

  • Maintain EDI systems by updating trading partner connections and certificates, updating EDI setup data, and performing other related tasks
  • Facilitate updates to EDI business logic as business requirements change
  • Assist EDI Coordinators with complex EDI import errors
  • Audit EDI systems to ensure the timely processing and sending of EDI documents
  • Take on advanced EDI research projects
  • Document changes to EDI processes

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of EDI experience
  • Prior experience onboarding EDI trading partners and EDI documents
  • Proficient skills with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical problem solving abilities
  • Comfortable interacting with customer EDI teams
  • Comfortable supporting other EDI personnel with advanced EDI needs
  • Ability to provide remote support during off hours when needed
