Remote Operations Specialist

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

Address merchant & delivery personnel issues with empathy and urgency via phone, SMS, and email

Proactively identify issues and implement mitigation tactics

Execute workflows to meet exceptional service level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or pursuing bachelor's studies is required

2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced operations or data role is required

Ability to multi-task and think on your feet

Fluent in English with above average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM)

Experience working with Google Sheets is required
