Cleveland, OH 44135 | Full-Time - 1st Shift

Pay : $30-35 / hr depending on experience, skills, and abilities.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to support production by maintaining, repairing, and fabricating dies and tooling. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, precision machining ability, and hands-on experience with tool room equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing manufacturing team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform die repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues during production.
• Assist production with die setup as needed.
• Make or rework tooling to meet production requirements.
• Operate lathes, grinders, and other tool room equipment to produce precision parts.
• Modify parts / materials to improve production efficiency.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Conduct incoming and outgoing tooling inspections.
• Perform routine maintenance on tool room machinery.
