Healthcare Analytics Advisor

A company is looking for a Healthcare Analytics Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis to support employer and consulting initiatives, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical findings

Support the Director in refining employer-based analytics strategies and monitor product performance

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, benefits consulting, or a related field

Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, Python, R, or other analytics software

Familiarity with healthcare claims data and employer benefits analytics preferred

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Analytics, Public Health, Business, or a related field; or 4 years of relevant experience

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
