We are currently looking for a Transaction Support Specialist to join our team.
Reporting to the VP, Transaction Management, this position supports client transactions by assisting clients with transaction inquiries, processing requests, and maintaining accurate records of related activity. The position is responsible for processing requests in a timely manner and in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
This position corresponds and works with clients to gather necessary information, provides updates on transaction status, troubleshoots, and resolves issues.
Attention to detail and effective communication are essential to effectively navigate transaction processes and address inquiries from clients.
The role collaborates with internal team members to escalate complex issues, contribute to process improvements, and deliver high-quality service. Incumbents are expected to continually build expertise in client transactions, company workflows, processes, and the overall mortgage industry.
