Financial Educator

A company is looking for a Financial Educator Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with patients regarding their benefits, coverage, and financial options

Perform aspects of benefit verification and prior authorization

Provide ongoing financial education and assistance to patients throughout their care

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 4 years of medical business office experience

Experience with healthcare billing, collections, and patient interaction

Ability to read and understand payer remittance advice

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience in an OB / GYN office is a plus
