Medical Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team in a clinic setting, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent patient care. Your primary duties will include performing vital signs, assisting with triage, reconciling medications, and ensuring accurate documentation in patient records. You will support providers by entering verbal and written orders into the EMR system, assist with scheduling follow-up appointments, and coordinate patient care. Additionally, you will complete administrative tasks to support clinic metrics such as pain assessments, distress screenings, and other quality-related documentation. Effective communication with patients, providers, and clinical staff is essential to maintain seamless clinic operations.

Work Environment :
This position is based in a clinic setting working with adult oncology patients. The clinic operates from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm on weekdays, with no weekend shifts required.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
