Job descriptionManage and execute month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP Support budgeting and forecasting activities and provide variance analysis for leadership review Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and documentation Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures Collaborate with other departments to support operational initiatives and resolve accounting issues The Senior Accountant will also assist in special projects, system implementations, and process improvements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience a plus The ideal Senior Accountant will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative setting

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
