Base Salary : $125,000 + $400 per Saturday worked (2 per month required)

The Assistant Center Director plays a key leadership and clinical role within our Johnson City center. This position involves direct patient care using defined, peer-reviewed protocols focused on identifying and treating the root causes of hormonal and metabolic imbalance.

The ACD partners closely with the Center Director, supervising physician, and operations team to ensure excellence in clinical outcomes, patient experience, and overall center performance.Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans following established protocols.
• Manage patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness services such as weight management, sleep apnea, and metabolic health.
• Support clinic operations and assist in limited supervision of medical and front-office staff.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to meet quality, compliance, and productivity goals.
• Deliver patient education and ensure all care is documented accurately and in accordance with company policies.
