Operations Manager

• Lead, train, and engage employees to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee the warehouse, and inventory operations with efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor equipment, technology and workflows to ensure smooth performance.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, ensure timely counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Drive Continuous Improvement programs to enhance quality, safety, and cost control.
• Partner with senior leadership on staffing and long-range operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, HR policies, and company procedures.
