Qualifications

• 2 years in customer service or office administration role
• Experience in clinical environment is an asset
• Open Dental experience
• Experienced in treatment plan presentation and insurance breakdown
  
• Greetings all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
• Checking in and checking out patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
• Recall
• Collections
• Billing Insurance
