Operations Management :

Overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth service flow.

Staff Management :

Hiring, training, and supervising employees, scheduling shifts, and addressing employee performance.

Customer Satisfaction :

Ensuring a positive customer experience, addressing customer complaints, and implementing strategies to improve service.

Financial Management :

Managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability.

Menu Planning :

Developing and implementing menus, taking into account customer preferences and costs.
