Thanks Reward & Recognition Program Team Member of the Quarter & Year Awards Will be responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner. Perform s screening of clients and updates charting regarding client's progress. Relay s client feedback to appropriate team members to assure coordination of care. Provide compassionate high-quality care. Licensure in Oregon LPN or RN. CPR Certified. M eet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program. Current driver's license. We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited. substances, even those legal at the state level.
We're hiring LPN / RN Medication Nurses to help launch our brand-new facility at 509 Mount Hood St, Ste 200, The Dalles, OR.
- 💰 Competitive pay : $35 / hr.-$60 / hr. Depending on Experience and
- 🎉 $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our treatment center hours are : 5 : 00 a.m.- 1 : 00 p.m. M-F and 6 : 00 - 10 : 00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
