Schedules Available : Monday - Friday | 9 : 00AM-2 : 30PM OR 4 : 00PM-8 : 00PM

Wage : Starting at $17.75 / hour

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Community Services program , you'll play a key role in helping individuals live more independently, achieve their goals, and stay connected to their community.

You'll work directly with adults in their homes or in the community - supporting daily living skills, encouraging social development, and helping individuals thrive.

What You'll Do

• Teach daily living skills like self-care, meal prep, cleaning, and communication
• Support community and recreational involvement based on client interests
• Assist with hygiene, personal care, and medication (after training / certification)
• Provide transportation to / from activities using your personal vehicle
• Document progress and follow individualized service plans
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice in every interaction
