About the Position
The Festival Programming Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administrative needs of the Festival Programming Department while communicating with all appropriate parties, both internally and externally to the organization, to ensure seamless planning and reporting for the annual Seattle International Film Festival.
Dates of Employment : November 3, 2025 - May 29, 2026
Compensation : $21.30 / hour
Status : Full Time (40 hours / week)
Reports to : Artistic Director

Work Environment :
This and all SIFF positions require that employees are residing and completing work duties within the state of Washington.
This position will work onsite at specified theater / s & offices. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and office duties are conducted in an open environment.
