• We are hiring immediately for part time PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE / DIETARY AIDE positions.
• Location : Ballad Health Holston Valley Medical Center - 130 West Ravine Road, Kingsport, Tennessee 37660. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Part time; Days may vary, 3 : 30 pm to 8 : 30 pm. Rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior food service experience is preferred.

• Additional Info : This position is contingent upon the candidate clearing both a criminal background check and a drug screening after receipt of an offer (nicotine testing is not included / required).

Job Summary

Patient Dining Associates work on assigned units in a healthcare facility, and provide services that include helping patients make menu selections, assemble, deliver and pick-up their meal trays. They are part of the caregiving team, responsible for patient safety and satisfaction goals by making sure meals are accurate and delivered at the right time and temperature.
