About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across its poultry processing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing production performance. This role involves leading multi-site operational teams, developing and implementing a holistic operations strategy, and guiding long-term capacity planning and capital investments. The VP will also champion a culture of continuous improvement, standardization of best practices, and operational readiness for audits and inspections.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include overseeing the daily and long-term performance of all processing complexes, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The role also involves people leadership, talent development, and promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and empowerment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety, animal welfare, and sustainability, and will be adept at cross-functional collaboration to support enterprise-wide alignment. A focus on capital planning, infrastructure management, and driving corporate sustainability initiatives is also essential.
