Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle modifications for optimal health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and advancements in the field.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the clinic.

Requirements :

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Louisiana.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or ENT rehabilitation preferred.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
