Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing construction law and handling a broad range of construction-related disputes and transactional matters.
This position requires a high level of initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage matters from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, practical problem-solving abilities, and clear, professional communication. The attorney will work collaboratively with attorneys across the firm’s footprint and interact directly with clients, contractors, and industry professionals. Compensation and Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with experience and skill set. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), flexible work options, and paid time off.
For New York City Applicants:
Salary range: $35.00–$70.00/hour ($72,800.00–$145,600.00), plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual salary offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
