You’ll oversee core accounting functions including AP / AR, payroll, compliance, and reporting, while also supporting operations, HR, and vendor management. Strong potential for career advancement Responsibilities include :

Oversee AP / AR processes, payroll, 401(k), benefits, and compliance filings including sales tax and 1099s

Reconcile accounts, process credit card receipts, and coordinate with external CPA on audits and tax filings

Provide financial reports, projections, and support office operations, systems, and vendor management

Manage job setup, invoicing, collections, and production tracking across departments

Administer contracts, COIs, and insurance renewals while supporting HR and onboarding functions Requirements :

QuickBooks experience required

Advanced Excel experience required

4+ years of accounting experience preferred
