Overview
Develop and manage an Engineering Service team for the Land & Business Development Group. The Engineering Service team will create economical and logistical vision of production sites for all stakeholders through geological evaluation and mine planning.
This will consist of evaluating the material quality, quantifying the resource, then the development of the ultimate pit shell to maximize the NPV for new and existing mining operations.
Final reclamation and life of mine plans will be established. Engineering Services will coordinate with production teams to ensure the adherence of these plans on a short-range basis.
Collaborate with the Land & Business Development Team to evaluate acquisitions and determine operational growth.
