We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Danboro, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, particularly in manufacturing and distribution environments.

Responsibilities :

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
• Map out current and future business processes to provide visual clarity for stakeholders and developers.
• Gain a deep understanding of operational workflows, including manufacturing, inventory management, supply chain, and quality control.
• Utilize system capabilities to streamline decision-making, improve efficiency, and measure performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
• Collaborate with the development team to align JD Edwards solutions with business objectives and operational needs.
• Offer training and ongoing support to end-users, driving adoption of JD Edwards tools and communicating system updates.
• Manage JD Edwards projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budgets, deadlines, and quality standards while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, user guides, and system configurations.
• Stay informed on JD Edwards updates and network with industry professionals to adopt best practices and new features.
• Proven experience in business analysis, including stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and its application in manufacturing and distribution.
• Familiarity with operational processes such as inventory management, production planning, and supply chain.
• Ability to create detailed process maps and documentation for business workflows.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including tracking milestones and communicating progress.
• Proficiency in training and supporting end-users on software tools and features.
• Experience in identifying system improvements and implementing best practices.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory certifications and standard IS practices such as change management and service request tracking.
