Facility is a 69 Bed Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center located in Montesano, WA.

The City of Montesano is centrally located in Grays Harbor in southwest Washington . It lies at the nexus between the Pacific beaches and Oregon coast.

Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.\n\nPer Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA.
