Structural Engineer (Relocation available)

We are seeking a skilled Engineer with a strong experience within Structural Engineering to join our team. This role focuses on investigating structural failures and assessing damage to buildings and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex structural issues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analysis and Reporting :   Analyze structural systems and failure mechanisms using engineering principles and forensic techniques. Prepare comprehensive and accurate reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for repair or remediation.
• Collaboration and Consultation :   Work closely with clients, contractors, and legal teams to provide expert opinions and testimony in legal proceedings related to structural failures. Collaborate with other engineering professionals, architects, and project managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the structural issues.
• Forensic Investigation : Conduct detailed inspections and investigations of structural failures, damage, and defects in buildings and infrastructure. Perform thorough site assessments to identify potential causes of structural issues and collect relevant evidence.
• Technical Expertise :   Utilize advanced tools and software for structural analysis, modeling, and simulation. Stay current with industry standards, codes, and best practices in forensic engineering.
• Quality Assurance :   Ensure that all forensic investigations and analyses are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain meticulous documentation of all investigative processes and findings.
