Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Subcontracts Administration Manager 2 to lead a diverse team of professionals engaged in supporting a large and challenging national defense portfolio of programs with a heavy focus on aircraft sustainment. The position will be located in either Warner Robins, GA, or Huntsville, AL with occasional travel as required to meet program portfolio needs.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and act as global supply chain (GSC) subject matter expert for subcontracting and procurement actions across a wide range of contractual and business issues within the assigned IMS Operating Unit portfolio. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of government contracting regulations and be prepared to perform with minimal supervision as lead of a procurement and subcontracts team supporting the full lifecycle of the assigned program portfolio, developing and implementing solutions to complex challenges, and lead their functional area in proposal efforts.

Salary Range : $122,800.00 - $203,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
