Your Impact as Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager , you'll serve as a key strategic partner to the executive team, providing insight into financial performance and guiding decisions that impact company growth. This is not a back-office role - it's a leadership position with a clear succession track to CFO .

In this role, you will :

Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Partner with senior leadership to evaluate business performance, develop strategy, and identify opportunities for growth and cost efficiency

Prepare executive-level reports and financial presentations to drive strategic decision-making

Develop and maintain financial models for business initiatives, capital planning, and ROI analysis

Manage and mentor a small team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and revenue cycle teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial data

Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting and analytics

Contribute to key strategic projects that prepare you for executive-level advancement

Qualifications

Required :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or management-level finance

Proven ability to influence senior leadership and provide data-driven recommendations

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate budgeting, and strategic planning

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Preferred :

MBA, CPA, or CMA designation

Experience in healthcare, technology, or other multi-entity environments

Familiarity with ERP or financial systems such as Oracle, Lawson, or PeopleSoft
