Quality Control Analyst

A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to conduct audits across their loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Execute comprehensive audits of loan files, including pre-funding and post-closing reviews

Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports for senior management review

Maintain relationships with third-party QC vendors and monitor their performance

Required Qualifications

10+ years of related experience in mortgage lending or a closely related field

8+ years of experience in mortgage loan underwriting, with Government designations preferred

Extensive knowledge of loan products, guidelines, and mortgage lending processes

Proven ability to perform complex research and make solid business decisions

Demonstrated experience with reporting and analyzing data accurately
