Job descriptionProvide mechanical design and stamped construction documents (drawings and specifications) Conduct field verification and analysis of existing systems to inform design Perform load calculations and equipment selection Design HVAC ductwork and piping layouts Support operations team with permits and code compliance Coordinate designs with other disciplines (controls, structural, electrical) Mentor and guide assigned engineering personnel Perform audits of building systems and collaborate on energy savings calculations Develop project schedules, budgets, and contracts with project teams Support sales with customer visits and technical presentations Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and non-technical stakeholders Stay current on industry trends and new technologies 4+ years of engineering experience. Professional Engineer License. Working knowledge of duct and / or pipe systems and associated fittings. Experience in detailing using 3D software (CAD & Revit). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu is . Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
