Job description8+ years' experience in Automation control maintenance / programming / troubleshooting in Production Maintenance. This position will be primarily production based, they will be needing to have a background with production equipment maintenance, specifically automated / electrical based machinery. Must have ADVANCED experience with troubleshooting electrical / automated systems for production equipment : high voltage / 480V, AC / DC controller, VFD, PLC inputs / outputs (Allen Bradley), etc. Mainly handling all automation related : VFDs, servos, camera / vision systems, on-line production printers, motors, robots, and other machine control devices
SkillSetGroup is seeking an experience Automation Technician to work in the Winston-Salem, NC area. This position will be handling installations, upgrades & maintenance of automated industrial equipment / machinery. The chosen candidate must have hands-on experience and working knowledge with Allen Bradley automation controls. Experience with high-voltage, motor servos and related systems is a must. Knowledge of complex troubleshooting is also a plus. This will be a 2nd shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
Hours
- 2nd shift - 2PM-1030PM, OT as needed
