As a Security Guard - Front Desk - Dayshift in East Durham, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing a welcoming presence while monitoring access and assisting with security-related matters. Your role will involve maintaining a visible presence at the front desk to help deter incidents, responding to inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
