We're hiring Caregivers - compassionate team members who provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferredExperience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standardsEffective communicator in verbal and written EnglishActive role : walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs.)Comfortable working around animals and petsFortune Magazine Best Workplace in Aging ServicesCertified Great Place to WorkPaid training and strong internal mobilitySchedule
Full Time, PM shift, either Sunday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Saturday, 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM
Anticipated pay range
$19 — $22 USD
