This position is ideal for registered nurses with a passion for critical care and the ability to adapt to various healthcare settings. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in intensive care units, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment during their stay. Assignment Details : Contract Length : 13 weeks (extensions available) Shift : Nights / 3x12's. No call and Every other weekend Hours : 36 hours per week Start Date : ASAP Pay : Travel rate-$2,310.68 Local-$60.00 an hour Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting. Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and medical history. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Utilize EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate medical documentation and patient records. Perform advanced nursing procedures, including IV infusion, catheterization, and airway management. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and NCQA standards in all patient interactions. Experience Candidates should possess a strong background in critical care nursing with experience in various settings.
